About “The Judge’s Decision”
This album was made in 1984. At the time Milt was 74 and the musicians on the album were all in their late
20’s. As Milt said in the liner notes of the original album, many of the young people he knew throughout his life had careers in music, but others became teachers, researchers, worked with computers, and so forth. Jay D’Amico and Kevin Norton continue to have productive careers as musicians and composers and so did the late Sam Furnace. Mike Walters has worked outside of music, but always maintained a connection to the music world and is still a fine free-lance saxophonist.
